This page explains how the budget management system works for the PwC AI-CoE Coding Agents Gateway.
Overview
The budget system of the PwC AI-CoE Coding Agents Gateway uses the same quota management infrastructure as IDI (Instant Document Interaction). Each Italian user, through their personal API key, has a monthly budget of €200.
Budget Renewal
Once your monthly budget is exhausted, you have two options:
- Wait for automatic renewal at the beginning of the next month
- Request assistance by contacting it_sdlc@pwc.com for urgent needs or budget increases
Requesting Budget Increases
For requests to increase spending limits for your team or group, send an email to it_sdlc@pwc.com with your justification.
Cost Factors
Your budget consumption depends on several factors:

To maximize your budget, consider using more cost-effective models for routine tasks and reserve premium models for complex problems.
